- We require payment for Pamper day packages to be paid in full at time of booking.
- Pamper day packages are non refundable but can be transferred to another date.
- Treatments over 2 hours require card payment to secure appointment.
- Mantra Health reserves the right to cancel or change any treatment or price without prior notice |

- We do not share your personal information with any other organisations or individuals.
- We keep all information you provide to us, no matter how or why you provide it, completely confidential.
- Only those employees with relevant business duties may access personal information, and only to perform their duties.
- We promise never to provide any information about our clients to any other third party, except of course in the unusual event should we be required to do so by law.
- If you supply us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on services or news. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by contacting us. |

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditons: |
- Quote the gift voucher ID reference when reserving your service with Mantra
- Vouchers may be exchanged for services or retail of a lower value. No change will be given
- Vouchers may be exchanged for services or retail of a higher value on payment of the difference
- Vouchers have an expiry date as stated on the voucher. After this date the voucher will no longer be valid
- Following a service if the voucher presented has expired we regret you will be required to pay by an alternative method
- Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
- Mantra reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions
